He's known for his poor direction skills, odd behavior, and love of donuts. Navirou ( ナビルー, Nabirū) Voiced by: M.A.O (Japanese) Trina Nishimura (English) A peculiar and egotistical Airou who accidentally stumbled across Hakum Village one day and never left. As Lute adventures with his friends and learns more about monster riding, a past threat remerges called the Dark Blight, infecting the nearby forest and leading to more aggressive monster attacks. Due to monster riding being a taboo skill in a society filled with monster hunters, Hakum Village is isolated from the outside world and keeps its riding tradition a secret to all but a few privileged individuals. Riders form a bond with friendly monsters called Monsties hatched from eggs, riding them as mounts for travel and combat. Lute and his friends Cheval, Lilia, and Navirou live in Hakum Village, where chosen children learn to be Riders. It began airing on Fuji TV on October 2, 2016. The series is produced by David Production, directed by Mitsuru Hongo and written by Natsuko Takahashi, featuring character designs by Takuya Saito and music by Masaru Yokoyama. It's also my hope that the original anime characters like Mille and Hyoro get more time to shine.Monster Hunter Stories: Ride On ( Japanese: モンスターハンター ストーリーズ RIDE ON ( ライドオン ), Hepburn: Monsutā Hantā Sutōrīzu Raido On) is a 2016 Japanese anime television series based on Capcom's Monster Hunter action RPG series, specifically the spin-off entry Monster Hunter Stories. And not something like Cheval going rogue. Not only because the show is going for longer than expected but because it's telling completely new and original story with a concept that would have loved to see. As someone who has enjoyed the anime and liked the different takes they did with the story compared to the game's this news got me really excited. Since this anime is rarely talked about I doubt that there are any fansub groups actually willing to continue subbing the show until Crunchyroll straighten things out.įor those that don't know the what has been going on in the anime, Episode 48 ended the main story in game and is now telling its' own original story arc with a villain group called the Ebon Riders who have captured Avinia. I went on to Crunchyroll's website and they said that they're uncertain whether they will continue subtitling episode 49 and onward due to a licensing issue. Anyway I wanted to ask people who are watching the anime and are more knowledgeable where and when episode 49 of the anime can be watched. But then again I've barely been on this subreddit. I've noticed that the anime isn't really talked about much here.
